Returns & Cancellations

We will replace or refund you for any bottle of wine that is damaged or flawed. By law, we cannot accept returns of alcoholic beverages unless the product is corked, or flawed. We are also unable to accept return of wine that was damaged due to adverse weather conditions during shipment, or wine that is ordered in error. Please send an email to info@narrowpathwinery.com to arrange for the return of corked or flawed product.

Once the wine is received we will refund your credit card account for the cost of the wine less shipping and handling. If the original shipment was damaged or flawed you will receive a full refund, including shipping and handling charges.

A 15% restocking fee will be applied to all canceled orders.

Membership Cancellations

Cancellation of wine club memberships must be made by the club holder and in writing (email to info@narrowpathwinery.com). Cancellations may take up to two weeks to process and members in the process of cancelling their wine club within two weeks of an allocation may be charged a 15% restocking fee. 

When members join the Narrow Path Wine Club you are agreeing to pay for and receive or pickup four (4) wine club shipments from the active date. As a small growing family owned and operated winery we’ve had to take steps in making sure that our wine club is both beneficial to us as a business and of course to you as a wine club member. We understand that things happen and you might need to cancel, but any cancellations prior to four (4) wine club shipments may incur a small cancellation fee. 

Early cancellations, less than the required four (4) wine club shipments, may be charged up to $25 per missed allocation for a maximum cancellation fee of $100. Early cancellations may also be subject to a 15% restocking fee.
